| How do I browse properties on HMD? | |
| 1) First of all you will need to determine whether or not you would like to browse properties for sale or to rent. | |
| 2) You will then be provided with the option to view properties in the UK or overseas. | |
| 3) Once you have chosen your main location, it is then optional to use the search to define your results which includes the type of property you are looking for, price range, bedroom quantity etc. | |
| 4) If you see a property you may be interested in, click on the address, image or the "more details" link for further information about the property. | |

| Why do some properties not have any pictures? | |
| It is highly recommended that pictures are uploaded for property listings however some users may not have these facilities or were not able to when listing their property. Some users may alter their listing at a later date with images of their property. Alternatively you could ask the owner/landlord if they are able to provide you with any. | |

| How do I send a property to a friend? | |
| On viewing the property page, click on the "Send to a friend" link. Enter your name, your friend's email address and a personal message (optional) then proceed with clicking the "send" button. Your friend will then shortly receive an email with information about the property you have sent to them. |

| On viewing the property page, click on the "Bookmark" link. Please note, you will need to be logged in before doing this. | |
